These terms apply when you purchase Build Your School Consulting Offer from Educators Moving On Network, a brand of Agile Designs and Services LLC.
A digital workshop made up of recorded videos and ready-made AI prompts, delivered immediately after purchase through a private link. The purchase price is $27, charged once.
You need your own account with an AI assistant such as ChatGPT, Claude or Grok. A free account is sufficient. That account is yours and is governed by that company's own terms. We are not affiliated with those companies and we do not control what their tools produce.
Your link does not expire. The materials you build belong to you and live in your own AI account, not on our page. We may update, move or retire the workshop page at any time, which is why we tell you in writing to save your work to your own files.
This is education, not business, legal, tax or financial advice. We do not guarantee that you will win a contract, earn any amount of money, or achieve any particular result. Your outcome depends on your own expertise, effort, market and follow-through.
Your purchase is for one person. You may use everything you build commercially in your own business. You may not resell, share, republish or redistribute the videos or the prompts themselves.
AI tools can produce information that is wrong. The workshop tells you repeatedly to open every source and verify every number before you put your name on it. Anything you send to a district is yours, and you are responsible for its accuracy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
